Deck structure had to be totally rebuilt. Trex decking material then installed on new structure. ViewRail cable railing system installed on deck to keep that beautiful view. 

These floating shelves are huge! It was hard to capture their scale. They are 24 inches deep, one set is 60 inches long and the other is 94 inches long. They are constructed from white oak, have dimmable led lights recessed into the wood and outlets were installed at each shelf.

Full remodel on a bathroom. New vinyl flooring and new double vanity. Change tub to large standing shower with corner seat and stacked shampoo niche.

Front yard fence and planter boxes made from ipe. It is always challenging working with such a dense wood, however the project came out beautiful. 

We slightly changed the layout of the kitchen and added an extra pantry. Installed white shaker cabinets with quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. Removed the small tub and installed a standing shower with corner seat and shampoo niche.
